The Next Chapter of Roadbook Navigation Starts Here
For more than 40 years, paper roadbook navigation has defined Rally Raid. It became part of the sport’s identity — simple, reliable and demanding.
But the sport evolves. And technology evolves with it.
At F2R, we believe the future of navigation is not about replacing the essence of rally — it is about preserving it and making it better.
The challenge was never simply to make the roadbook digital. The challenge was to create a tool capable of enduring extreme conditions, maintaining the same competitive spirit and delivering a safer, more precise and more efficient experience for riders and organisers.
- Increase rider safety through modern technology
- Improve navigation usability without changing the challenge
- Simplify roadbook management and corrections
- Promote consistency and sporting fairness
The transition to digital is no longer a future concept. It is happening now.
Introducing the F2R Y1000
After years of development, intensive prototyping and thousands of kilometres of real-world validation, we created a new generation of digital navigation designed specifically for Rally Raid and Adventure riding.
Over the last three years, we have dedicated ourselves entirely to developing the Y1000 — a digital navigation device built from the ground up to withstand the most demanding rally environments in the world.
Designed, developed and refined entirely in-house, the Y1000 combines hardware, firmware and navigation software into a single platform created specifically for roadbook navigation.
- ✔ Extreme temperatures
- ✔ High-impact environments
- ✔ Continuous vibration
- ✔ Direct sunlight exposure
Since February 2024, multiple prototypes have been tested in real riding conditions and continuously refined to reach the final production version.
Every detail was developed around real rider demands: durability, readability, usability and complete confidence when navigation matters most.
The F2R Y1000 is no longer just a project.
Ready to race.
Ready to explore.
Ready to set a new benchmark for digital roadbook navigation.
