F2R Roadbook App Terms and Conditions
Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using the F2R Roadbook application on the F2R Y1000 device operated by F2R.
By accessing or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you may not access the App.
Privacy Policy
Location Data
The F2R Roadbook App collects location data to enable the functions of the virtual tripmasters and rally GPS computer. This data is used solely for the purpose of providing app functionality and is not shared with third parties without your explicit consent.
Primary Account
The App may collect your Primary Account information to enable access validation to Roadbooks. This information is not shared with third parties and is solely used for the functionality of the App.
Data Sharing
We do not share your data with third parties or any other entities. Only basic information necessary for the function of the App is collected. This includes:
- Location and Precise location: Used to calculate distance, validate waypoints, and display speed and heading.
- Email: Used for user identification and access to Roadbooks. This information is stored securely on our servers for integrity and analysis purposes.
You can use the App without providing an email account; however, access to certain features may be limited.
Event Organizers
Event organizers may have access to GPX recordings of your route for analysis and scoring purposes. This access requires your explicit authorization, and you have the option to opt out.
Live Tracking
Some events may feature Live Tracking for safety purposes. You will be notified of Live Tracking, and you have the option to opt out.

We reserve the right to update or change our Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. By using the F2R Roadbook App, you signify your acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these Terms and Conditions, please do not use the App.
