We have identified a defective component on the main PCB of the Y1000 chassis that may affect the correct functioning of the device.
Our commitment to our customers — and to the adventure and rally community — does not allow us to accept any potential issue that could compromise the experience with the Y1000. For that reason, we have decided to recall all units from the first production batch to address this properly.
We will contact all affected users with a specific date for the service. However, if you prefer, you are welcome to send your device earlier — we will handle it as quickly as possible.
